WHAT IS HIGHT BLOOD PRESSURE (HYPERTENSION)

The Normal BP is 120/80 usually we consider 130/90 is also normal but its is actually normal but condition became serious when its going to up 140/100. Its is the starting point of high BP (hypertension). When BP increase by the number for example : 150/110 then 150 will systolic BP and 110 will be the diastolic BP. There are Two type of blood pressure :

Systolic Blood Pressure : Pressure in arteries when heart beat (120 mmHg / 16 kPa)

Diastolic Blood Pressure : Pressure in arteries when heart rests between beats (80 mmHg / 11 KPa)

Common factors that can lead to high BP include: A diet high in salt, fat, and/or cholesterol. Chronic conditions such as kidney and hormone problems, diabetes, and high cholesterol. Family history, especially if your parents or other close relatives have high BP. Anxiety and in the situation of angry also cause the  BP high. If you are the addiction of cigarette that may also cause the height BP mostly this case is occur in by rise the number of age. That the main reason of hypertension.

Low BP is generally considered a blood pressure reading lower than 80 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) for the top number (systolic) or 60 mm Hg for the bottom number (diastolic). In the simple word Low BP (hypertension) is pressure so low it cause symptoms or sings due to the low flow blood thought the arteries and veins. When the flow of blood is to low to deliver the enough oxygen and nutrition to vital organs such as : brain , heart and kidney the organs do not function normally and may be permanently damaged.

REASONS OF LOW BLOOD PRESSURE

Causes includes in low BP is  dehydration, long-term bed rest, pregnancy, certain medical conditions and some medications. This type of low BP is common in older adults. Postprandial hypotension. This drop in BP occurs 1 to 2 hours after eating.
