In a video that will have gone viral, the group led by Babar Azam can be seen at the Dubai airport. Mohammad Hasnain, who was supposed to fill in for injured pacer Shaheen Afridi, did not travel with the cricket team. He is expected to join his teammates later.

The Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) official Twitter account also posted photos of the cricketers after they arrived in Dubai. In the photos shared by the PCB, you can see Pakistan cricketers like skipper Babar Azam and others. The post caption said, “Pakistan squad arrives in Dubai.”

Some Pakistani cricketers, like Iftikhar Ahmed, Usman Qadir, Haider Ali, and Asif Ali, are said to have come to Dubai from Lahore. Mohammad Hasnain will leave Britain and go to the UAE.

Hasnain has played 18 Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is) and taken 17 wickets in those games. The 22-year-old pacer has also taken three wickets in a T20I. In one-day internationals (ODIs), he has played eight games and taken 12 wickets. He has also obtained five wickets in a 50-over match.
India will be the first team Pakistan will play in the Asia Cup. The high-stakes match between India and Pakistan is set to take place at the Dubai International Stadium on Sunday, August 28.
The clean-up will give a much-needed boost of confidence. In their last job, Pakistan played the Netherlands in a three-game ODI series and won all of them. But Pakistan was dealt a massive blow before the Asia Cup when their best fast bowler, Shaheen Afridi, had to pull out because of a knee injury.
Shaheen hurt the ligament in his right knee when Sri Lanka played the first Test last month. In October 2021, during a T20 World Cup match, the left-handed pacer destroyed the Indian batting lineup by himself.
Shaheen got rid of big names like Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, and Virat Kohli in that match, and India could only score 151. The team led by Babar Azam won the game by a convincing 10 wickets in the end.
