Tina Turner’s son Ronnie died on Friday, according to his mother and wife. He was 62. On the other hand yes Tina Turner is Still Alive.
“Ronnie, you left the world far too soon,” Tina Turner wrote in an Instagram tribute to her son on Friday. “In my grief, I close my eyes and remember you, my beloved son.”
Ronnie Turner’s wife, French singer Ada Turner, paid tribute tofi her late husband on social media Friday morning, calling him a “true angel” and “my best friend.”
“I did my best to the end this time, but I was not (sic) able to save you,” she wrote on Instagram, noting that Ronnie is now living with his brother Craig and father, Ike Turner. “Rest in peace. So unjust.”
Ronnie Turner, Tina Turner’s youngest son, appeared in his mother’s 1993 biopic, “What’s Love Got To Do With It?” alongside Angela Bassett and Laurence Fishburne as Tina and Ike Turner.
Craig Turner, 59, died of an apparent suicide in 2018. He was Tina Turner’s firstborn son, whom she had at the age of 18 with saxophonist Raymond Hill. Ike Turner adopted Craig after they married in 1962.
Tina stated on social media after Craig’s death that her “I said my final goodbye to my son, Craig Raymond Turner, when I gathered with family and friends to scatter his ashes off the coast of California,” she said. He was 59 years old when he died, but he will always be my baby.”

Tina Turner also adopted Ike Jr., 64, and Michael, 63, Ike’s sons. After 16 years of marriage, she divorced Ike Turner in 1978. In 2013, she married her long-term partner, German music producer Erwin Bach.
Ike Turner died in 2007 at the age of 76 from a cocaine overdose, according to a medical examiner.
